Sandra “Sandy” Sue Conley, 54, of Harrisonburg, Va., passed away on Thursday, March 30, 2017, at her home.
She was born on October 12, 1962, in Harrisonburg, and was the daughter of Mary Catherine Kuykendall Sions and the late, Harold Arthur Sions.
Sandy worked for Graham Packaging for 28 years. She was known for always having a smile on her face and enjoyed traveling and spending time with her family, especially her grandchildren.
In addition to her mother, she is survived by, her longtime companion, Thomas “Tommy” Fink Sr.; son, Jeffrey “J.C.” Conley; two daughters, Amy Sager and husband, Luke and Melinda Mullenax and husband, Chris; five brothers, Norman Sions, Roger Sions and wife, Lynn, Kenneth Sions and wife, Debbie, Lawrence Sions and wife, Karen, and Robert Sions; two sisters, Gloria Shockey and husband, Wayne, and Nancy Shockey; two grandchildren, Courtney Sager and Logan Mullenax and many nieces and nephews.
A funeral service will be held at 11 a.m., Monday, April 3, 2017, at Kyger Funeral Home Chapel in Harrisonburg, with Pastor Dan Horning officiating. Burial will follow at Eastlawn Memorial Gardens.
The family will receive friends from 6-8 p.m. Sunday evening at the funeral home, 3173 Spotswood Trail in Harrisonburg.
