Vera “V.” Verdyck Wilkins of Baughman Settlement, Baker, W.Va. passed away on March 31, 2017 at the Winchester Medical Center.
Born in Tampa, Fla. she was the daughter of the late Joseph Verdyck and Margaret (Wright) Verdyck.
She was an LPN and had worked at the E.A. Hawse Center, an avid bird watcher and loved gardening.
She was preceded in death by one sister, one brother and one grandson.
Surviving is her husband Lorry D. Wilkins of Baker, two sons Scrappy Sais of Palm Bay, Fla., Steve Sais of Port Charlotte, Fla., two daughters Sally Sais, Terry Sais both of Clearwater, Fla., nine grandchildren and three great-grandchildren.
A Celebration of Life was held on Monday, April 3, 2017 at 2:00 P.M. at the McKee Funeral Home Chapel of Baker, W.Va. with Pastor Todd Crowder officiating. Interment will be private.
All arrangements are under the direction of McKee Funeral Home of Baker, W.Va.
