Roger Ercell Heishman, 70, of Wardensville, W.Va. died Monday, August 15, 2016 at the VA Medical Center in Martinsburg, W.Va.
Roger was born July 6, 1946 in Winchester, Va., and was the son of the late Lomond and Leona Rinard Heishman.
He was a 1965 graduate of Wardensville High School and a veteran United States Army having severed as a sharpshooter. He owned and operated Heishmans Signs in Wardensville, W.Va. He was a talented artist, loved to fish, hunt and archery.
Roger was married to Sharon L. Malcomb Ewen.
Surviving are two sons, Roger E. Heishman, II and Eric S. Heishman, both of San Bernardino, Calif.; a daughter, Shannon R. Heishman of Wardensville, W.Va.; two sisters, Shirley Brill of Wardensville, W.Va. and Susan Delawder of Timberville, Va.; two grandchildren, James G. Isbel, II. and Sheridan R. Heishman.
He is preceded in death by two sisters, Wanda Brill and Mary Orndorff.
A Celebration of Life to be held at a later date.
