Rhoda (Borror) Lyon Riggleman, age 88, formerly of Moorefield, W.Va. died Sunday, October 23, 2016 at E.A. Hawse Nursing and Rehabilitation Center in Baker, W.Va.
She was born April 1, 1928 in Landes, W.Va. and was the daughter of the late Simon Odbert Borror and Cora Alice (Ayers) Borror.
In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by one daughter, Carolyn Sue (Lyon) Dean, two sisters, Ruth Crites and Marie Harold and six brothers, Virgil Borror, Austin Paul Borror, Ottis Borror, Dawson Borror, Marvin Borror and Walter Borror. She was the last member of her immediate family.
Mrs. Riggleman was a homemaker.
She is survived by two sons, Gary Lyon of Moorefield, W.Va. and Larry Lyons of Keyser, W.Va.; one daughter, Pam Cosner of Moorefield, W.Va.; eight grandchildren; seventeen great grandchildren; one great-great grandson; and several nieces and nephews.
Funeral services were held on Tuesday, October 25, 2016 at the Schaeffer Funeral Home in Petersburg with Pastor Jimmy Stump officiating. Burial was private and in the Maple Hill Cemetery, Petersburg, W.Va.
