Julian “Randolph” Wolfe

Julian “Randolph” Wolfe, age 92, of Moorefield, W.Va., passed away on Thursday, January 12, 2017 at the Grant Rehabilitation and Care Center in Petersburg, W.Va.. Born on August 16, 1924 on Wolfe Mountain, W.Va., he was the son of the late Lemuel Price Wolfe and Anna Mae Rohrbaugh Wolfe.

Mr. Wolfe was a retired mechanic, having worked for M.A. Bean Motor Company in Moorefield and the WV Department of Highways. He was a longtime member of Bass United Methodist Church, Moorefield, W.Va.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his two brothers and eight sisters. He is survived by his loving wife, Lemoyne “Monie” Kuykendall Wolfe; four sisters-in-law, Phyllis Wolfe of South Fork, W.Va., Mary Lou Johnson of Cumberland, Md., JoAnn Shaver of Moorefield, W.Va., and Lela Kuykendall of Md.; and numerous nieces, nephews, and cousins.

A funeral service was held at 1:00 p.m., Monday, January 16, 2017 at Elmore Funeral Home in Moorefield, W.Va. with Pastor Donald “Duke” Nelson officiating. Burial followed at the Olivet Cemetery.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to the Bass United Methodist Church, PO Box 726, Moorefield, W.Va. 26836.

Arrangements are under the direction of the Elmore Funeral Home.
