Teddy Wilson Hartman

Teddy Wilson Hartman, age 72 of Corner Road, Maysville, W.Va. passed away Monday morning, July 18, 2016 at his residence.

Born December 22, 1943 he was a son of the late George Amos Hartman and Delphia Susan Heavener Hartman.
He was a veteran of the U.S. Army, was a frequent face with the McDonald’s coffee gang in Petersburg and Moorefield and was a retired truck driver having driven something for almost 60 years. Three brothers, Ray, Gary and Jimmy preceded him in death.

Surviving is his wife of 48 years, Betty R. (Smith) Hartman; a daughter, Beth R. and Anthony Harman of Baker, W.Va.; a son, Teddy and Adria Hartman, Jr. of Ashburn, Va.; two sisters, Linda and Sidney Moore of Romney, W.Va. and Hilda H. Ennis of Philadelphia, Pa.; and four grandchildren.

Funeral services were conducted Thursday, July 21, 2016 at the Fraley Funeral Home Chapel, 107 Washington Street with Pastor Doyle Patch officiating. Interment with Military Graveside Rites accorded by the U.S. Army was at Olivet Cemetery.

Arrangements were under the direction of the Fraley Funeral Home in Moorefield, W.Va.
