Mary Helen Mills, 78, of Winchester, Va., died on Friday, October 7, 2016 at the Winchester Medical Center.
Mary was born on November 29, 1937 in Baker, W.Va., and was a daughter of the late Marvin L. Funkhouser, Sr. and Eva Wilkins Funkhouser.
She worked for General Electric in Winchester, Va. and a member of the Methodist Faith. She loved her family, gardens, flowers and watching her hummingbirds.
Surviving is a son, Jeffrey N. See (Stephanie) of Winchester, Va.; three daughters, Ellen Kandill and (Jack) of Toms Brook, Va., Debra A. Miller of Moorefield, W.Va. and Mary E. See (Dave) of Winchester, Va.; a brother, Marvin L. Funkhouser, Jr. (Christine) of Keyser, W.Va.; two sisters, Minnie Funkhouser of Roanoke, Va. and Christine Anderson (JR) of Winchester, Va.; her granddaughter that she raised, Allie Jo Furchak; eight grandchildren; 13 great-grandchildren; and two great-great-grandchildren.
She is preceded in death by a son, John Allen See, a daughter, Beverly Jo See, a brother, Jimmy Funkhouser and a sister, Judy Combs.
A graveside service was held in the Asbury Cemetery in Baker, W.Va. on Tuesday, October 11, 2016. Officiating was her brother Marvin L. Funkhouser, Jr.

Arrangements were by the Loy-Giffin Funeral Home in Wardensville, W.Va.
